GoalFocus is a company dedicated to accelerating value through effective strategy execution, leadership engagement and defining highly relevant, personalised information.
We use a range of proven techniques enhanced by our unique insight into strategy alignment, investment prioritisation, programme management, organisation engagement and executive information systems gained through over 50 years of advising senior executives.
There are a number of ways to measure and monitor effective strategy execution. We have developed the GoalFocus Framework – supported by an award winning software application and diagnostic tool to do this. This is shared with our clients at every stage of our engagement (and beyond) to ensure clarity and common understanding during the design phase and reassurance to all stakeholders thereafter.

For an NHS Foundation Trust our framework and tools have supported the drive to improve a key metric of strategy execution performance – namely the reduction in Financial and Governance Risk.
