The GoalFocus approach to performance coaching takes this business context into account. We develop personal coaching agendas for leaders at any level of the organisation. These agendas are explicitly tied to helping leaders achieve the commitments they have made to the business and to their colleagues.
We reinforce this agenda through tri-partite contracting between coach, coachee and executive sponsor. Confidentiality between the coach and coachee is maintained at all times but progress toward expected outcomes is reviewed regularly by all three. Our approach helps businesses to develop their people both personally and professionally for the benefit of all involved.
We also help leaders and organisations assess their readiness for change using a benchmarking tool which rates your progress against 300,000 other change journeys. Our tool provides feedback based on those journeys on the options available to organisations, teams and indviduals based on their current situation.
